Shipping

We only accept orders from commercial customers. We supply Germany, Europe as well as to the USA and Canada.

Standard shipping (within Germany)

Dispatching within Germany usually takes place within 2-3 days via DHL or UPS.

Shipment fee: EUR 7,50 (plus VAT) each purchase order.

Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) fee: none.

Shipment abroad

Costs for abroad shipment depends on weigth and destination:

• Zone 1: Belgium(BE), Denmark (DK, except Faroer Islands, Greenland), Finland (FI), France(FR), Italy (IT), Luxemburg (LU), Netherlands (NL), Austria (AT), Portugal (PT) and Spain (ES, except Canary Islands)
• Zone 2: Bulgaria (BG), Czech Republic (CZ), Poland (PL), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK) and Hungary (HU)
• Zone 3: Faroer Islands (FO), Great Britain (GB, except Channel Islands), Greek(GR), Greenland (GL), Ireland (IE), Norway (NO), Sweden (SE) and Switzerland(CH).
• Zone 4: USA and Canada (CA)

Please consider: With the shipment into non-European Union countries, additional customs duties which not included in out invoice can be added. So the total invoice amount is without customs duties which are computed directly by the tariff.
